The terms that apply when you book a transfer with us.

Stockholm Airport Transfer arranges private chauffeur transfers in and around Stockholm. Most rides are carried out by our licensed driving partner, Vikytransport AB, org. nr. 559300-9805, operating under a valid Swedish transport permit.
Bookings are made via WhatsApp or the instant-quote tool on our website. Prices quoted are flat rates for the selected route and vehicle class, inclusive of congestion tax and VAT, and are confirmed before your pickup. A night surcharge may apply for pickups between 22:00 and 06:00, always disclosed before you confirm.
For airport transfers, we track your inbound flight automatically. You receive 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time after your flight's actual landing time at no extra charge.
Bookings can be cancelled or changed free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. Changes requested inside that window will be accommodated where possible but are not guaranteed.
Payment is made directly to the driver by card or cash (SEK, EUR, USD), or online in advance where that option is offered. Corporate bookings may be arranged by invoice on request.
Transfers are carried out by licensed, insured drivers. Liability for the physical transport of passengers rests with the operating transport company (Vikytransport AB or another licensed partner assigned to your booking), in line with their commercial insurance and Swedish transport regulations.
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
