What happens if my flight is delayed?

We monitor every inbound flight automatically. If your arrival is delayed, your pickup adjusts at no extra cost, and you get 60 minutes of complimentary wait time after landing.

Do you offer vehicles for larger groups?

Our standard fleet covers 1–7 passengers across the Sedan, SUV and Van. For larger groups, message us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange a minibus.

Pay the driver directly by card or cash (SEK, EUR, USD), or ask about a bank transfer for corporate bookings. We'll confirm the method with you on WhatsApp before pickup.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Free cancellation or changes up to 24 hours before pickup — just message us. Inside that window, we'll do our best to accommodate and confirm directly on WhatsApp.

01Where will my driver meet me at the airport?
